What is the The Good Life vision?
The vision sets the direction for the municipality’s transition and describes its position in 2040. It defines values and qualities that help people live, grow and feel well. It applies to current and future residents.
How the vision is implemented
The vision is implemented through area development and through the long-term use of land and water. Actions are coordinated so places, services and daily life work well together.
Purpose of the detailed plan for Erikslund, Fagernäs and Norra Svartbyn
The purpose is to develop and enable attractive housing and living environments in these areas. The plan identifies what The Good Life means here, in both content and design.
Content and design
The plan explains how buildings, places and everyday environments should be shaped. It points out what to preserve, what to build and how to do it sustainably.
Stage in the process
The Municipal Council adopted the plan on 22 April 2024.
