At Färgaregatan and Drottninggatan, the aim is to add a five-storey hotel building on the rear courtyard to meet rising demand for guest nights.
Plan proposal and impacts
The proposal aligns with the comprehensive plan. The municipality assesses that the plan does not entail significant environmental impact.
Process and decision
The planning proposal was adopted by the municipal council on 17 November. The decision has since been appealed and is currently under review by the Land and environment court.
