About the project
The purpose of the project is to provide the municipality with the knowledge needed to identify needs and conditions for implementing relevant and effective measures related to food preparedness.
The project also aims to strengthen local and regional food supply systems, including from a public health perspective.
What we are doing
The project is carried out in collaboration between the Municipality of Boden, Boden Business Park, the County Administrative Board of Norrbotten, and the economic associations that operate local service points in Edeforsbygden, Råne River Valley and Unbyn/Avan.
The work will increase knowledge of food preparedness and contribute to skills development among project partners and target groups.
The project will also develop proposals for measures that can strengthen local and regional food supply chains and support the development of food supply systems in rural areas.
