New Homes Completed – 50 Apartments Ready for Move-In
New housing in Boden! Bodenbo’s two new apartment buildings on Brogatan in Boden are now completed, and the first tenants have started moving in.
The two buildings share the same design but are not identical – the one closest to the street, Brogatan 50, is larger with 30 apartments, while Brogatan 52 has 20. The units consist mainly of two- and three-room apartments, with a few one-room apartments.
– “I’ve been living with this project for almost two years now, since we signed the contract. In June 2023 the ground was broken, and now they are here. It feels really good, it’s fun to reach the finish line,” says project manager Anders Blomqvist at Bodenbo.

All apartments are equipped with dishwashers, and on the property there is a laundry room as well as a communal outdoor area with barbecue facilities.
In recent years, Bodenbo has invested heavily in the area, with new multi-family housing at Brogatan 44 (2019) and Majorsgatan 5 (2021). The company also has more new housing projects underway this year. The two new buildings at Sveavägen 5 and 7 – larger buildings with 48 apartments each – are expected to be ready for move-in this autumn.
