Detailed development plan for the property Heden 56:45, Block Banjon

A new plan examines housing on the property Heden 56:45 in Hamptjärnmoran.

Purpose and background

The property is about 4,500 square metres in the Hamptjärnmoran residential area, around 5 kilometres southwest of the centre. It was previously used as a preschool but is now vacant. The plan enables a sale and creates more homes. The plan is consistent with the comprehensive plan.

Plan proposal and impacts

The plan tests use for housing. The municipality assesses that implementation does not risk significant environmental impact.

Process and decision

Since the proposed plan is not considered to be of significant public interest, it is proposed that the detailed development plan be processed through the standard procedure in accordance with the Planning and Building Act (2010:900).

The municipality has assessed that the implementation of the proposed detailed plan is not expected to result in any significant environmental impact.

Review

The detailed development plan is on public display for review from 26 November to 17 December 2025.

You can review the plan at:

  • Citizen Service, City Hall: Weekdays 08:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00.
  • City Library: During regular opening hours.

Submit comments

f you wish to submit comments on the plan proposal, you must do so in writing no later than 17 December 2025.

Anyone who does not submit written comments during the review period may lose the right to appeal the municipal council’s decision to adopt the detailed development plan.
