What we are doing

Part 1: Review of the current situation

• Carry out mailings, seminars, webinars and workshops.
• Follow up with surveys and personal contacts.
• Guide businesses to develop action plans and choose the right support.

• Produce a toolbox.
• Describe measures for business owners.
• Compile a report and good examples.

Examples from the municipalities

• Katrineholm: Focus on skills development. Many households have been offered fibre. Businesses are supported to benefit from this through mailings on marketing, sales, delivery, payment, after-sales and administration, followed by webinars and follow-up.
• Nynäshamn: A food cluster of local producers develops cooperation on marketing, packaging, processing, product development, logistics and handling. Digital methods and support are connected.

Timeline and current status

Part 1 is being carried out and Part 2 is rolling out with mailings and follow-ups. Seminars and webinars are planned in dialogue with businesses. Work is adapted to response rates and needs.

Funding, collaboration and responsibilities

Brighthouse runs the project with the three municipalities. The municipality coordinates local actions and contact with businesses.
