About the service
The Security and Safety Centre is a municipal alarm centre staffed day and night, all year. We handle fire alarms, burglary alarms, safety alarms, personal alarms, and on-call and standby services. Robust technology allows many connections and enables new ways of working. We cooperate with other municipal alarm centres in Sweden and can operate during major disruptions and crises.
Agreements and services
New customers can sign an agreement for alarm handling through the municipality’s e-service or by contacting us for a quotation. Private households cannot connect to on-call and standby services or personal alarms. Safety alarms are applied for through a municipal case officer.

On-call and standby services
Our on-call service provides rapid assistance via the alarm centre around the clock. It suits many types of organisations and can reduce administration. The service may include:
- crisis preparedness
- property on-call service
- electricity and water on-call service
- various types of fault reporting
Assignments that require more extensive action plans are quoted per case. Partners can agree that the Security and Safety Centre handles and forwards on-call and standby matters. Private individuals and households cannot connect to this service.
