The Association Portal

Conditions for Registration

To register an association in the portal, the following conditions apply:

• The association must be based in Boden and conduct its main activities within the municipality.
• It must have adopted statutes, a board, and a set membership fee.
• Activities must follow democratic principles and be conducted in a safe environment, free from bullying, discrimination, and the use of alcohol, narcotics, doping substances, or tobacco.
• The association must work preventively against health risks related to alcohol, narcotics, doping, and tobacco.
• It must be non-profit and open to everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity, ethnicity, religion or belief, disability, sexual orientation, or age.

Associations not eligible for registration

The following types of associations cannot receive support or register in the portal:

• Political organizations.
• Economic associations with profit-making purposes.
• Associations that primarily carry out commercial activities.
• Supporter clubs or similar groups.
• Student associations.
• Religious organizations, congregations, and associations with special interests.

If a registered association changes its operations, orientation, or statutes, this must be reported to the municipality.

For Existing Users

Associations that have submitted an authorization form can log in using Mobile BankID.

• Login to “My Pages” is linked to a personal identification number.
• Contact your association if you are unsure about your access.
• If a new person is to administer applications, a new authorization form signed by the board is required.

For New Users

New associations that want to register must submit an authorization form along with the association’s statutes and the most recently approved annual meeting documents. Once the authorization has been approved, the association will receive a notification granting access. The portal can then be used for applications and bookings.
