What is Harads Youth Center?
Harads Youth Center, run by EDEK, is located on Edeborgsvägen 2 in Harads. It offers a safe environment where young people can join activities and meet friends.
Activities include:
- Barbecue nights
- Ping pong tournaments
- Outdoor days with sledding, lunch, snacks, and hot chocolate
- Arts and crafts evenings
- PlayStation 5, billiards, computers, or movie nights
Opening hours
- Monday: 14.00–19.00
- Wednesday: 15.30–20.00
- Thursday: 16.00–21.00
Digital youth center via Discord
Harads Youth Center also runs a digital meeting place on Discord. Here, young people can chat, listen to music, play mini-games like Pokémon, Minecraft, and Roblox, join movie nights, use translation bots, or talk to an adult in a dedicated channel. Adults are always present, and parents are encouraged to use Discord’s family features.
Who can visit?
The youth center is open to children and young people in Harads. To join the Discord server, a short introduction and approval from the manager is required.
