Dance for health

Feeling stressed, tired or in need of more energy? Dance for health is a relaxed and free activity for those who attend middle school, lower secondary school, or upper secondary school. Here you can move your body, strengthen your self-confidence, and have fun together with others in a safe and supportive community.

Try Dance for Health

Would you like a fun and pressure-free way to feel better? Then Dance for Health is for you.

The classes are for young people who attend middle school, lower secondary school, or upper secondary school. Here, you can move, let go and recharge with new energy. No previous dance experience is required – the most important thing is that you participate based on your own abilities.

Dance for Health is a research-based method that strengthens both body and self-confidence. With simple steps, uplifting music and a warm sense of community, we create a safe space where you can be yourself and have fun together with others.
