Development rights and planning conditions
The local development plan allows for new construction of housing, temporary accommodation (hotel), and commercial uses on the ground floor.
Permitted building heights range from approximately 28 to 34 metres, enabling a denser urban development suited to a central location.
About the area
Central Boden stretches from Prästholmen in the east to Sveafältet in the west and is characterized by a varied built environment reflecting the town’s development over time.
The area offers shops, cultural and leisure activities, as well as access to green spaces. The Travel Centre and Medborgarplatsen are within walking distance, providing excellent public transport connections.
