Development rights and planning conditions

The local development plan is legally binding and allows for residential development in the form of apartment buildings, terraced houses, linked houses, semi-detached houses and detached houses.

The property includes the former site of Lundagård School. Part of the area is currently developed with three apartment buildings comprising a total of 38 units. The section of the property facing Drottninggatan is available for new development.

About the area

Sveafältet and Lundagård are established neighbourhoods with a mix of buildings from different periods. The area has developed as a residential district and today features both apartment buildings and green surroundings.

There is close access to services, schools and public transport, as well as walking paths, lit exercise trails and other leisure opportunities. The area is developing, with planned investments in new housing and improved outdoor environments.
