Service and accessibility

We want everyone who lives in or visits our municipality to be able to easily get help, find the right information, and contact us. No matter how you choose to get in touch—by phone, e-services, email, or in person—you should experience smooth service and a friendly, welcoming approach.

Citizen Services – Your Point of Entry

Citizen Services is your gateway to the municipality. We help you handle your matter or guide you to the right person or department. Our reception desk is located in the Town Hall and is open on weekdays.

Your Right to Have a Say

As a citizen, you have the right to access the municipality’s decisions and documents. You can also submit feedback or a Boden Proposal—a way to influence issues that affect you and your local community.
