When you use the app
When you report an issue via the app, we may need to process personal data to be able to get back to you. You can always choose to remain anonymous if you prefer.
How your data is processed
When you use the app, the following applies:
- The app is provided by Infracontrol. Please read their privacy policy.
- Your data is processed under a data processing agreement.
- No information is shared with third parties.
- Providing your email address and phone number is optional but required if you want us to contact you about your case.
- All data is encrypted during transmission.
- The developer provides the option to request deletion of your data.
- Providing your location is optional but can be used if you want to show where the issue is located.
