Plot release in Boden – residential plots on Stjärnfallsvägen and Sommarstigen

At 9:00 AM on June 13, the Municipality of Boden will release two attractive residential plots for those looking to live close to both nature and city center. These plots were previously retained in municipal ownership during earlier sales. Now, to meet the demand for more buildable land, the municipality is adding them to its current supply.

There is strong demand for centrally located private residential plots, as well as a general need for more housing. The Municipality of Boden has reviewed its centrally located land and chosen to release two so-called “infill plots” in attractive parts of the city.

"We’ve held on to these plots for some time, but now it’s time to let go of these gems," says Ebba Simu, land and development engineer at the Municipality of Boden.

The plots will be available for purchase starting June 13. These plots are intended for private buyers, not companies.

The desirable addresses are Stjärnfallsvägen in Sävast and Sommarstigen in Björkelund.

Stjärnfallsvägen 23, Sävast – 1192 sqm – SEK 400,000

Located at Sävast 23:397, this plot offers proximity to nature and outdoor activities, as well as a preschool, primary, middle, and secondary schools, grocery store, restaurant, golf course, gym, hotel and conference facilities, cross-country skiing trails, lit jogging trails, snowmobile trails, sports hall, and hockey rink – everything needed for an active and convenient lifestyle just outside your door. Sävast is also home to Boden Business Park with coworking spaces, offices, and a wide range of companies. There is convenient commuting distance and public transportation to both Boden and Luleå, as well as a bike path into central Boden.

The plot is 1192 sqm in size, and the zoning plan allows for a building footprint of up to 250 sqm.

Sommarstigen 18, Björkelund, 1109 SQM – SEK 325,000

Björkelund 1:41 – This 1109 sqm plot is centrally located in an area rich in cultural heritage. At the same time, you’ll have easy access to everything needed for daily life – a combination of nature, outdoor activities, and urban convenience.

Enjoy illuminated ski trails that wind through winter landscapes, snowmobile tracks, a hockey rink for action-packed games, and hiking trails for those seeking peace in the forest. Within comfortable distance are preschools and schools from primary up to lower secondary levels.

The zoning plan allows for a single-story house, with environmental protections in place. The maximum building height is 4.2 meters.
