Good to know before your trip
Children and young people
- Young people aged 7-19 pay half the co-pay, rounded up to whole kronor.
- Children under seven pay no co-pay.
Work and study trips
- If you have been granted work or study trips, you receive a twenty percent discount on those trips.
Travelling with companions
- Escorts and healthcare staff travel free of charge.
- Children under ten travel free if there is space.
- An accompanying passenger may travel, but pays their own co-pay to the operator.
Delay guarantee
- If the vehicle is more than fifteen minutes late from the agreed time, the traveller does not pay any co-pay.
- In the event of a dispute, the operator must show that they were not late.
- The rule applies only to trips within the municipality.
How the co-pay is calculated
The municipality’s co-pay for assisted transport follows Länstrafiken in Norrbotten’s single-ticket prices, with a fifty percent surcharge. The fee is rounded up to the nearest whole krona.
