Fees for waste management
Here you can find information about waste collection fees in Boden Municipality. The fees apply to single-family houses, holiday homes, multi-family buildings and businesses.

General provisions
- Boden Municipality is responsible for collecting and treating household waste.
- All households must have a waste collection subscription.
- Households must sort their waste and place it in the correct collection system.
- Businesses are responsible for their own non-municipal waste.
- The municipal council decides on the fees.

Larger volumes and containers
- Underground containers and bulk containers (3–8 cubic metres and larger) have special fees.
- Costs vary from a few thousand SEK to over SEK 100,000 per year depending on size and frequency of collection.
