There are special regulations for trading in the municipality’s squares. The rules apply to everyone who wants to sell goods and services at market stalls in Boden.

Permits and Locations
Permit
To conduct market trading, you need a permit from the municipality. The permit specifies the location, times, and which goods may be sold.
Market trading locations
The municipality decides which locations may be used for market trading and may also allocate specific areas for markets and events.
Fees
Vendors pay a fee for their spot. The fee varies depending on the size of the location and the duration of use.
Order and Responsibility
Order and cleaning
The person renting the spot is responsible for keeping it clean and tidy during and after sales. Waste must be handled properly.
Safety
Trading must not pose risks to traffic or to people moving around the square.
Times
Trading may only take place during the times specified in the permit.
