About Fritids
Fritids is the after-school care service in Boden for children whose guardians work or study. It offers a safe, stimulating and caring environment outside regular school hours.

Trained staff provide a supportive, engaging environment for every child.
Working with families
Staff collaborate closely with guardians to meet individual needs and share responsibility for care and learning.
What children do
Arts and crafts, sports, outdoor play, baking cookies, games and other recreational, hands-on experiences.
How it feels
A welcoming, secure setting where pupils can relax, play with friends and enjoy their time after school.

Who can attend
Children from preschool class (PYP K) up to and including PYP 5.
Purpose
Support each child’s development and learning with activities that complement the school day.
Hours and accessibility
Opening hours
Open on weekdays, typically from early morning before school starts until late afternoon. Exact hours vary by school or care centre.
Access
Fritids is located at primary school sites for convenient drop-off and pick-up.
Enrolment and fees
Guardians apply through Boden Municipality or by contacting the Primary Years Programme coordinator.
