Ages 6–11: Primary years programme

Inquiry-led primary education for ages 6–11 with six transdisciplinary themes and a whole-child focus.

Programme overview

Our Primary Years Programme centres on inquiry-based learning. Pupils ask questions, explore interests and build critical thinking. Teaching is inclusive and international in outlook.

Mission statement

Our mission is to provide a dynamic diverse learning environment where we celebrate multiculturalism and promote sustainability and peace to produce positive global citizens. We aim to inspire our learners to become courageous and competent through our inquiry based and holistic education, where they will achieve both personal and academic success.

Designed for pupils aged six to eleven in the primary years.

Development of language skills in the mother tongue and a second language.

Creativity and expression through visual art, music and drama.

Physical education

Physical skills, teamwork and habits for a healthy lifestyle.

Action

Pupils take action based on their learning, for example service projects or advocacy.

Exhibition

An independent inquiry in the final primary year, shared with the school community.
