How to submit a complaint
1. Contact staff first
Speak with the responsible preschool teacher, teacher or mentor. Describe what happened and what you want to change.
2. Contact the principal second
If the issue is not resolved, contact the responsible principal. The principal decides on daily operations and internal organisation.
3. Send a written complaint to the department third
If the matter remains after contact with staff and the principal, send a written complaint to the Labour Market and Education Department. You may submit comments digitally or by post.
Anonymity and feedback
You have the right to be anonymous. If you want a personal reply, include your name and contact details.
After you submit your complaint
We will contact you within ten working days. When the case is closed, you receive a written reply. If you are anonymous, the complaint is investigated and documented, but you will not receive feedback.
