About the school
Noblaskolan Boden has about 300 pupils from pre-primary to Year 9. The school is located in central Boden, close to both city life and nature. Bright, airy classrooms are spread over three floors. Sports lessons are held in municipal facilities.
The school has operated since 2009 and combines modern learning environments with high academic expectations.
Food and meals
Meals are prepared in the school dining hall using carefully selected ingredients. Nutritious food is seen as a key condition for pupils to feel well and succeed. A vegetarian option and fresh salads are always offered. Weekly menus are available in Schoolsoft, where parents can also register special diets.
Wellbeing and partnership
The school emphasises safety, calm and inclusion. Every pupil is seen and differences are valued. Structure is created through the Nobla Code – a shared approach to lesson structure, order, mentoring and school culture.
The pupil health team and a dedicated safety team ensure early support. Active cooperation with guardians is built into everyday life.
Pedagogy and approach
Noblaskolan Boden works with high teaching quality, clear structure and academic ambition. Teachers challenge, support and place demands on pupils to build academic self-confidence. The curriculum is based on Lgr22.
The school has a strong sports and health profile, with activities in football, ice hockey, physical training, as well as music and art. Health and culture are used as driving forces for motivation and learning.
Pre-primary class
The pre-primary year gives children a safe start in school life. The environment supports learning through play, exploration and creativity. Cooperation with Primary Years 1–3 ensures a smooth transition.
After-school programme
The after-school programme offers all-day care before and after lessons. Activities are linked to the curriculum and aim to strengthen language, creativity, physical activity and social skills. Time outdoors is prioritised, alongside crafts, music and free play indoors.
