Register your move and household size for water and sewage billing

To ensure your water and sewage fee is correct, you need to submit a moving notification and report the number of people living in the household.

1. Report number of household members for water and sewage billing

This service is used to report how many people live in your household. The information forms the basis for calculating your water and sewage fee and must correspond to the official population registration at the address.

  • Personal data is handled in accordance with current data protection regulations.

2. Moving notification – water and waste services

When moving in or out of a property, you must submit a moving notification to ensure that the subscription for water and waste services is transferred correctly. This guarantees that you only pay for your own period as property owner.

2.1 What is included:

  • You can submit the notification before or after moving, but preferably in advance.
  • You must provide your new and any previous address, date of occupancy, details of the new owner, and the meter reading.
  • If the property has a water meter, it must be read at the time of transfer.

  • The subscription is updated from the date of occupancy.
  • The new owner is registered automatically.
  • You will receive a confirmation once the notification has been registered.
