1. WHICH ISSUE REPORT SHOULD YOU USE?

1.1 Regular issue report – for most types of problems

Used for issues in the outdoor environment and the municipality’s general services. Here you can report, for example:

  • Broken street lighting
  • Graffiti
  • Potholes or damaged sidewalks
  • Problems at bus stops
  • Faults at public beaches
  • Deficiencies in waste management (e.g., need for extra emptying of bins)
  • Other issues related to the municipality’s outdoor operation and maintenance

Important: If you are unsure – choose the regular issue report. The municipality will forward the matter if necessary.

1.2 Property issue report – for buildings and premises

Used for problems in the municipality’s own buildings and premises, such as:

  • Schools
  • Preschools
  • Elderly care homes
  • Other municipally owned properties

Here you can report faults such as leaks, broken doors, or heating problems.
