Step-by-step guide
Please note that all forms and digital applications (e-services) are currently in Swedish. Contact Citizen Service if you need help in English.
1. WHICH ISSUE REPORT SHOULD YOU USE?
1.1 Regular issue report – for most types of problems
Used for issues in the outdoor environment and the municipality’s general services. Here you can report, for example:
- Broken street lighting
- Graffiti
- Potholes or damaged sidewalks
- Problems at bus stops
- Faults at public beaches
- Deficiencies in waste management (e.g., need for extra emptying of bins)
- Other issues related to the municipality’s outdoor operation and maintenance
Important: If you are unsure – choose the regular issue report. The municipality will forward the matter if necessary.
1.2 Property issue report – for buildings and premises
Used for problems in the municipality’s own buildings and premises, such as:
- Schools
- Preschools
- Elderly care homes
- Other municipally owned properties
Here you can report faults such as leaks, broken doors, or heating problems.
