With Boden Municipality’s e-services, you can quickly and easily manage many matters digitally – anytime and anywhere.

Step-by-step guide
Please note that all forms and digital applications (e-services) are currently in Swedish. Contact Citizen Service if you need help in English.
1. GETTING STARTED
1.1 Log in
To use most e-services, you need an e-ID, such as BankID. This is what you use to log in through Norrbotten’s e-board (the collaboration between all municipalities in Norrbotten).
1.2 “My Pages”
When logged in, you can manage cases via My Pages. Here you can save drafts, submit cases, track their status, receive email or SMS notifications, and communicate with case officers.
1.3 Availability and system requirements
- E-services are available 24/7 via computer, mobile, or tablet.
- Work best in modern browsers; many services are mobile-friendly.
- Some e-services may be in external systems with their own login and may open in a new window.
2. WHAT YOU CAN DO
Through the e-services, you can handle many municipal matters digitally, such as applying for preschool or after-school care, requesting grade copies, submitting building permit applications, reporting faults, applying for financial assistance, registering a school transfer, or submitting proposals for municipal development. There are also services available for newcomers and external partners.
3. FOLLOW UP YOUR CASE
You can track the status of your case via Mina sidor (My Pages) at boden.enamnd.se.
There you can see:
- If the case has been received
- Which case officer is responsible
- Any messages from the municipality
- If you need to provide additional information or documents
You will also receive notifications by SMS or email when updates occur.
4. TIPS FOR SMOOTH USE
- Read the instructions for each e-service before you start.
- Save your work via “Mina sidor” if you don’t have time to submit right away.
- Double signing – Some cases require signatures from multiple people, for example both guardians.
- Notifications – Choose whether you want to be contacted by SMS or email when changes occur.
- If you don’t have an e-ID or have protected personal data – contact Citizen Services.
5. STEP-BY-STEP
- Log in at boden.enamnd.se with your e-ID.
- Select the correct category (for example Education, Support & Care).
- Choose the e-service and read the instructions.
- Fill in the information and attach any documents.
- Save if you don’t want to submit right away.
- Submit and sign with your e-ID.
- Track the case via “Mina sidor” (My Pages) and keep an eye on notifications.
