Travel center, travel cards and contact

Here you will find practical information about the Boden Travel Center, commuter parking, and how to get updates in case of traffic disruptions.

Traffic Disruptions

If there are delays or disruptions in local public transport, you will receive updates through the County Transport SMS service. You can register at lanstrafikennorrbotten.se.

Commuter Parking and Parking at the Travel Center

  • Garnis: Commuter parking with a permit, available from the customer service desk at the Travel Center.
  • Travel Center Carport: Paid parking with engine heaters. Two spaces are equipped with electric vehicle charging.
  • Long-Term Parking: Available near the Travel Center. Contact the Travel Center for details.

Citizen Service – Buy and Top Up Travel Cards

At Citizen Service in the Town Hall, you can buy and top up bus, youth, and senior travel cards. Payment is possible by debit card, credit card, or Swish mobile payment.

Travel Center – Services and Opening Hours

The Travel Center offers sales and top-ups for bus, youth, and senior travel cards. You can also purchase regional public transport tickets. Contact customer service at +46 921-545 24.

Opening hours:

  • Customer service: Monday–Friday 06:00–18:00, Saturday–Sunday 10:00–18:00
  • Waiting hall: Monday–Sunday 05:30–22:30 – The door locks automatically and the waiting room is patrolled by security guards.
