Bageriet
Bageriet is a workplace in Gammeläng where tasks and support are tailored to each person’s ability.

Work tasks
At Bageriet you work with many tasks, always matched to your capacity. Examples:
- receive orders
- prepare for baking
- weigh ingredients
- bake in different steps
- wash dishes and clean the premises
- pack orders for Café 2 and Café 12
A team leader provides pedagogical and practical guidance. The pace is calm and tasks are rarely physically demanding. Everyone gets the support they need.
Work community and development
The group has seven people. The goal is that you feel safe in the group and with the team leader. You can work from a few hours a week to five days a week.
Community is important. Many people become more independent and grow in their role over time.
Participant example
Linda started with one day a week and now works four days. Feels more independent, gets the support she needs, and feels proud after a good workday.
Support and safety
We plan tasks so everyone can succeed, with support based on need. Some people need more help, others less. A calm pace and clear routines create safety and a sense of achievement.

Bageriet is in the Gammeläng premises at Gammelängsgatan 4 A. Follow the signage inside the building.
