Café 2:an runs the Town Hall café in central Boden. Tasks are tailored to your ability and you receive guidance from a team leader.

Work tasks
You work with varied tasks matched to your capacity. Examples:
- brew coffee
- make sandwiches and salads
- wash dishes and wipe tables
- take customer payments
- arrange and deliver orders to meetings in and outside the Town Hall
- clean the café’s own premises
There is clear planning and task allocation. The pace can be high at times.
Hygiene and workwear
We handle food and follow strict hygiene rules. No jewellery. No nail polish, long nails or artificial nails. Special workwear is used and washed on site.
Work community and development
Workload and hours vary by need. The room is small and busy, so there are also tasks outside the café when a quieter setting helps.
The group receives pedagogical and practical guidance from team leaders. We collaborate on daily tasks and some people have specific areas of responsibility. New colleagues are welcomed quickly.

Support and safety
You receive close guidance in a workplace with clear routines. Hygiene rules, planning and fair task distribution create structure and safety even when the pace is high. If you need a calmer environment, you can take on tasks outside the café. The group is caring and supportive so everyone can grow.
