Förvaltningsservice carries out practical assignments for Boden Municipality’s departments. Tasks are tailored to your ability and can lead on to studies or work.

Work tasks
We perform municipal service jobs. Examples:
- internal moves within the municipality
- deliver sand and gravel to older residents
- mail runs
- lawn mowing and snow shovelling
- light painting and carpentry
You can take on your own area of responsibility as you grow into the role.
Work environment and pace
The pace can be high and you meet many people. Several tasks require good physical capacity, but duties and hours can be adapted to suit you.
Work community and development
We welcome you regardless of where you are starting. Responsibility and working hours are built up step by step.
Some aim for regular work or studies with guided goals. For others, this is a place for community and a meaningful everyday life. We plan together, set goals and build on your interests and strengths.

Support and safety
You receive pedagogical and practical guidance from team leaders. We treat every assignment as learning. When possible, you can study for a driving licence or take a course. You can also combine work with studies in Swedish for immigrants. Together we set goals and follow your steps toward work or studies.
