At SAVO, the company group works with recycling and service. Tasks and support are tailored to your ability and can lead on to regular work.

Work tasks
We collect and process electrical waste, recycle electrical cables, remove graffiti, dismantle tyres and print manuals. We also carry out assignments for Region Norrbotten’s county service in Boden.
Work environment and safety
We handle hazardous waste and use tools and machines. We follow clear safety routines and use protective equipment. You receive instruction and support before new tasks.
Work community and development
Everyone works toward sustainable development—economic, environmental and social. Team leaders, production leads and supervisors combine their skills and collaborate across units.
You can start with simpler steps and grow steadily. Language practice can be included by alternating between the company group and production. Practice and work training can happen on the same site and may lead to a regular job. Creative reuse in interiors and signage supports learning.

Support and safety
You receive pedagogical and practical guidance from team leaders. The pace is usually calm but can rise at times. Duties are always adapted so you can work at one hundred percent of your own capacity. Clear routines and a supportive team help you take the next step toward studies or work.
