Work tasks
Sturejobbet focuses on practical, hands-on service. Examples:
- dismantle electronics, such as safety alarms and computers
- repair and reuse furniture
- school service: sort waste, clean and deliver mail
At school sites, two colleagues usually work together with support from a team leader. The pace is generally calm and tasks are rarely physically demanding.
Work community and development
You can start with simpler steps and grow at your own pace. Schools appreciate the help, which builds confidence and a sense of being needed.
Everyone is welcome to be themselves, and differences are a strength. Clear routines and feedback help you take on more responsibility over time.
Participant examples
Janne was out of work for years and missed social contact. Now enjoys computer-related tasks and the camaraderie.
Support and safety
You receive close guidance from team leaders. Tasks are clearly planned and adjusted to your needs.
For school assignments, routines are agreed in advance and support is on site. The goal is that you feel safe, succeed in your tasks and can take the next step.
