We handle household laundry for customers with a formal assistance decision. Work is varied and tailored to your ability.

Work tasks
We pick up and deliver laundry to the customer’s home. On site we sort, wash, press with a mangle and fold, always following the care labels. We work to a rota so tasks vary and everyone knows what to do. Reading and basic numeracy are part of the job to sort correctly and count items.
Each day ends with that day’s laundry completed so the next day can start on time.
Work community and development
The team has about fifteen colleagues, some in permanent roles. We help each other and see every task as learning. You can combine work with studies, for example language training part-time. Typical hours are 07:00–16:00, but times can be adapted. We make a plan with you for what you want to learn and how to rebuild skills at your pace.

Support and safety
You receive pedagogical and practical guidance from a supervisor and a team lead. The pace can be high, but duties and hours are adapted to your ability.
Clear checklists and care-label controls keep customers’ clothes safe. There is time to settle into routines and grow in a safe environment. Come as you are.
