How the sessions work >>
One or more sessions, forty-five to ninety minutes. Free of charge, strict confidentiality, no records.

Who can contact the family counselling service?
Anyone can experience difficulties in close relationships. You can seek support whether you live alone or as a couple, with children or without. Book at +46 921 621 24.
When can we help?

- Are you separating and want help to do it in a good way?
How the sessions work
You meet a family counsellor once or several times. The counsellor helps you understand each other and find solutions to the issues in your relationship.
Each session lasts 45–90 minutes and is free of charge. The counsellor works under strict confidentiality and keeps no records.

- Difficulty communicating with each other
- Loss of feelings or closeness
- Improving sexual intimacy
- Considering divorce or separation
- Infidelity
- Jealousy
- Disagreements about practical matters and finances
