Instruction videos

There are videos showing how to use the Provisum e-service:

• Basic training in the e-service
• How to submit the annual account digitally

The videos were produced in another municipality but work in the same way in Boden and Luleå.

Workshops and meetings

You can register for workshops with our case officers. At these meetings you will get support with reporting and can ask questions about your assignment.

Web seminars

The Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket) offers free web seminars about taxes, fees, and reporting. They are open to everyone and new sessions are added regularly.

Other resources and support

• The Swedish Association of Voluntary Guardians (RFS): Offers advice, guidance, and training through local associations.
  
• Authorities: Försäkringskassan, Pensionsmyndigheten, Kronofogden och Skatteverket provide useful information for your assignment.
• The municipality’s social services: Can answer questions about measures and support for the person you represent.
• Literature: Several books and handbooks about being a legal guardian or trustee, for example:
  - Gode mannens ABC: handbok för gode män och förvaltare, Jan Wallgren, Norstedts Juridik.
  - Rollkoll - ett material om god man och förvaltare i relation till andra aktörer av RFS
